TAT Concluded Milestone TTM+ 2026 in Pattaya, Securing High-Value Luxury and Wellness Partnerships

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) successfully concluded its world-class international travel trade event, "Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+ 2026)," which took place from June 10 to 12, 2026, at the Nongnooch Pattaya International Convention and Exhibition Center (NICE) in Chonburi. TAT Governor Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool revealed that the event generated over 5 billion baht in economic value, bringing together 429 international buyers from 58 countries and 428 Thai sellers. Under the "Healing is the New Luxury" concept, the event aimed to shift focus from tourist volume to high-value quality markets, driving Thailand toward its overall 2026 tourism revenue target of 2.65 trillion baht, consisting of 1.55 trillion baht from international visitors and 1.1 trillion baht from domestic tourism.

To sustain this momentum, TAT introduced 12 post-event tour routes across five regions to showcase Thailand's sustainable travel assets, utilizing the BCG economic model through initiatives like Zero Waste to Landfills and Zero Food Waste. The event also promoted upcoming major world events, notably "Tomorrowland Thailand 2026," scheduled for December 11 to 13, 2026, in Pattaya. Aligning with the government's medical and wellness hub policies, Siam Wellness Group PCL (SPA) announced a 520-million-baht investment in the "ZeaForest Wellness Sanctuary by Let’s Relax" project on Tawan Ron Beach in Pattaya. Set to open in the first quarter of 2027, this comprehensive 38-rai coastal wellness retreat will feature dedicated longevity facilities, over 50 oceanfront rooms, and an onsen, directly supporting TAT's "Value Over Volume" strategy to elevate Thailand's luxury and health tourism sectors.
