The National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, has joined forces with Thai deep-tech startup Spike Archi Tectonics Co., Ltd. and Japanese partner Furutaka Electronics Co., Ltd. to present the “Microspike Technology Pavilion” at nano tech 2026, the world-class international nanotechnology exhibition and conference held in Tokyo, Japan. The pavilion highlights Thailand’s growing role in global science, technology, and innovation ecosystems.
The Microspike Technology Pavilion demonstrates the successful integration of public-sector research and private-sector innovation, showcasing advanced nanomaterials and micro-scale needle
technologies with broad applications in healthcare, beauty, and precision medicine. The collaboration reflects Thailand’s capability to translate cutting-edge research into practical and commercially viable technologies, strengthening international partnerships and reinforcing confidence in Thailand’s research and innovation system.
In addition to the exhibition, NSTDA Nanotech also contributed to international academic and industrial forums under nano tech 2026, presenting research on conductive nanocomposite materials
and sustainable nanohybrid innovations. These activities underline Thailand’s commitment to advancing high-value technologies and positioning the country as a competitive and t usted partner
in the global nanotechnology and advanced materials landscape.
