Roads around QSNCC remain open during the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings from 12–18 October 2026.

Police General Samran Nualma, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, chaired a final review meeting on security and traffic management ahead of the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings, taking place from 12–18 October 2026.

Police instructions have been issued to ensure the highest standards of safety for attending international delegates and leaders, while maintaining smooth and efficient traffic flow across the capital.

The Royal Thai Police confirmed that roads around the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) will remain open as normal. Emergency traffic management plans are in place. If brief temporary closures become necessary, public announcements will be made well in advance.

📍 Commuters are encouraged to plan their journeys ahead of time and avoid areas surrounding QSNCC unless necessary to help ease traffic congestion.
