TAT Accelerates Year-Long Campaign to Attract Chinese Tourists and Boost Confi dence

The Tourism Authority of Thailand is stepping up efforts to attract Chinese travelers by launching a year-long campaign aimed at boosting travel to Thailand across all major holiday periods. The campaign focuses on strengthening confi dence, offering attractive travel deals, and highlighting Thailand as a welcoming, high-value destination.

To kick things off, the authority is working closely with leading travel platforms, tour operators, airlines, and the private sector to roll out special holiday air-and-hotel packages and shopping privileges. These offers are designed to make travel easier and more appealing for Chinese visitors, especially during peak festive seasons.

Beyond promotions, the campaign places strong emphasis on reaching different travel groups, including families, multi-generation travelers, young people, and corporate groups. The Tourism Authority is also using digital content, online creators, and infl uencers to share positive stories and showcase a wide range of Thai tourism experiences throughout the year.

At the same time, Chinese New Year celebrations and cultural events are being supported in Bangkok and major regional destinations, helping spread tourism benefi ts nationwide. Through this coordinated approach, Thailand is reinforcing its position as one of the most popular and trusted destinations for Chinese travelers.
