Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is strengthening international cooperation by engaging with global partners on critical minerals, a key resource for future industries and advanced technology. The ministry is taking part in a high-level international meeting in the United States, focusing on how countries can work together to secure stable and diverse supply chains for critical minerals.
As part of the program, Thai representatives are joining discussions between governments and the private sector on building stronger supply chains through public-private partnerships. These talks highlight how cooperation between policymakers and industry leaders can support innovation, clean energy, and new technologies in the years ahead.
Thailand is also participating in networking sessions with offi cials and business leaders from more than 50 partner countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. The discussions aim to encourage investment, share best practices, and explore new mechanisms for managing critical mineral supply chains for mutual benefi t.
Through this engagement, Thailand is promoting opportunities for cooperation that will enhance national competitiveness, support future industries, and deepen partnerships with the United States and other international partners, while reinforcing Thailand’s role in the global economic landscape.
