The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has advanced Thailand’s global trade strategy by showcasing premium Thai agricultural products at Gulfood, one of the world’s largest international food and beverage exhibitions held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The participation reflects Thailand’s commitment to expanding export opportunities and strengthening international confidence in Thai agricultural products, particularly in high-purchasing-power markets across the Middle East and beyond.
Thailand presented a wide range of high-quality fresh and processed fruits, including mangoes, durian, mangosteen, longan, pineapple, coconut, and assorted dried fruits. The Thai pavilion attracted strong interest from international buyers, retailers, and food industry stakeholders, highlighting the distinct taste, quality, and reliability of Thai produce. Business matching activities further supported trade expansion by connecting Thai exporters with global partners, paving the way for long-term commercial cooperation and increased market penetration.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives continues to prioritize the development of value-added agricultural products that meet international standards and market demand. Thailand’s participation
in Gulfood underscores the country’s agricultural potential and its alignment with the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy Model, emphasizing innovation, efficient supply chain management, and sustainable resource use. This strategic approach reinforces Thailand’s position as a leading exporter of premium tropical fruits and strengthens its competitiveness in the global agricultural market.
