Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to Muslim Thais nationwide on the occasion of Ramadan for Hijri Year 1447, as Muslim communities prepare to observe the holy month of fasting in accordance with Islamic traditions.
In his message, the Prime Minister described Ramadan as a sacred period that strengthens faith, patience, and self-discipline. He noted that the holy month also encourages the practice of compassion, generosity, and purified minds—values that contribute to fostering a peaceful society where people live together with mutual respect and understanding.
He further emphasized that Ramadan is a time of spiritual devotion and reflection on the teachings of the Holy Quran. The Prime Minister encouraged fellow Muslims to draw guidance from its principles and apply them in their daily lives, reinforcing moral values and inner strength.
